NYSC DG DECORATES AIDES WITH NEW RANKS

The Director General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Brigadier General YD Ahmed, has officially promoted two of his military aides by decorating them with their new ranks.

The two aides were among the successful candidates from the recent Nigerian Army Senior Non-Commissioned Officers Promotion Board. Former Warrant Officer Dada Patrick Bunmi was promoted to Master Warrant Officer, while former Corporal Nazifi Hamisu was promoted to Sergeant.

During a colorful ceremony held at the National Directorate Headquarters in Maitama, Abuja, which was attended by members of the NYSC Top Management, soldiers, and NYSC officials, General Ahmed praised the newly promoted officers for their diligence, loyalty, perseverance, and sincerity.

He encouraged them to continue being industrious and emphasized the importance of upholding the trust placed in them by military authorities that led to their promotion.
